Guys, CCP Pann is right. This is just a game, go outside and take a breath...

Was there a Chief Marketing Officer before? Normally Sales & Marketing reports to the CFO - this just proves that CCP new business plan is already being implemented ... or that they realised the current CFO is an incompetent money grabbing coward.

can someone show the investors what's going on with the customers in here?
since the chimp of Hilmar seems to be to busy trying to be cool, yet being hated by his own co-workers for ruining it big time.
What is going on here is one of these thing, which least forever in the mind of the gamers, worldwide and there are no signs, that the leadership of this company is willing to even care about dealing with their customers, as they keep sending Developers. Yeah, developers who are meant to develop and are not responsible for high command decisions.
